So I made up this recipe after watching something online. I figured I could give this a go. And it turned out pretty fantastic.
I started out with frozen peas and carrots, my grocery store doesn't carry much fresh veggies unfortunately, so I stick with what I can get fresh and the rest is usually in the frozen section.
I fried them on medium heat. then pushed them to the sides of my pan and in the middle added 2 eggs, scrambled.
I let those cook, mixing a few times before mixing them all together.
Then I added in my rice, about a cup of rice.
Mixing those all together I let them cook for a bit before adding my sauce.
For sauce I just used a little soy sauce and a tad of sugar in it, it gave it a unique sweetness to the salty flavor. But of course you don't have to add sugar. I used in total about 1/4 cup of soy sauce.
And I served it to my taste tester, Dawnny. Who devoured it and asked for seconds. I am pleased.
