What is the safest cookie dough to eat? The cookie dough with no eggs in it.

So many options.
So even though I'm not vegan I made this just about the same way, although I used butter instead of coconut oil. Either way is great, and either way works.
I got the recipe here.
Add in 1/2 cup butter, or 1/2 cup coconut oil. Mix in, 1 cup brown sugar,1/4 cup almond milk, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, (if you are going to cook it, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder), 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Next add in 2 cups flour, mix well.
Now add in your chocolate chips.

You can bake them at 350 for 7-10 minutes and make really good cookies, or you can eat them as is, or you can eve put them on brownies and indulge. Its all up to you. I tried all three ways, and they all are really good.
